This project began with two characters I drew and the idea of turning them into two sides of the same inner struggle. Inspired by Slipknot’s The Devil in I, I wanted to explore the fight against negativity, the weight of the past and the choice to keep going. AI image generation helped me develop my drawings into the scenes I imagined, which I then edited and animated in After Effects and Blender. Through tense movements, chains and bold, distressed typography, I gave that confrontation a rhythm of its own while developing my motion design skills. A story about facing what lives within us, so it no longer decides who we become.
